Just a heads up in case you missed the “Trial Tip” post over on The Illinois Trial Practice Weblog about the use of Google Earth in trial. Excellent tip, we use them constantly to help orientate juries, judges, witness’, etc..
Back before it was bought by Google, the program was called keyhole and we paid thousands to use the images. Now anyone can use it for free, and it’s a better more advanced program.. So please consider this a great free service for use in the litigation field.
